US Returns

You have 14 calendar days from the date you received your item to initiate a return. To qualify for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. The item must be returned in its original packaging, along with the receipt or proof of purchase. Please note that returns are subject to restocking fees, return shipping fees, and any other applicable fees that may be incurred.

Non-US Returns & Refunds

Please note that we do not accept returns or issue refunds for non-US customers. All sales outside the US are final.

US Refunds

Upon receiving your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your credit card or original method of payment. Please be aware that if the item was damaged during shipping, your refund may be reduced or forfeited entirely. The refund process may take several days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Shipping

You are responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with returning your item. Please note that shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the total amount refunded. Kindly allow 8-12 weeks for shipping once your order has been placed.
